Yes! We can provide content writing services and guidance on photography needs. For photos, we can recommend local photographers or provide guidelines for taking your own photos. We also have access to professional stock photography if needed.
Pricing & Costs
Most projects have two parts: a one-time setup/design cost to build your site, and a monthly hosting plan to keep it running smoothly. The monthly plan covers managed hosting, maintenance, security updates, backups, and ongoing support—so you don’t have to worry about the technical side after launch. Our Business tier also includes monitoring + automated alerts.
We'll work with you to transition your website to another hosting provider. We believe in fair business practices and provide all source code to help with the migration. However, ongoing hosting, maintenance, security updates, and support would end with the subscription.
No hidden fees! Our pricing is transparent. The setup/design cost and monthly hosting fee are clearly stated. Optional add-ons like booking systems or e-commerce have their own pricing. We'll always discuss and approve any additional costs with you first.
Yes! We can split the initial design cost into 2-3 payments tied to project milestones. For larger projects, we're flexible with payment arrangements that work for your budget. We want to make professional web design accessible to small businesses.
We offer three managed hosting tiers: Creative ($29/mo) for simple, fast sites; Local ($79/mo) for local businesses that need lead capture, local SEO setup, and ongoing updates; and Business ($199/mo) for teams that want deeper tracking, SEO improvements, and regular iteration. Each plan has a one-time setup/design cost based on scope, and optional add-ons are available for security, bookings, e-commerce, and integrations.
Development Process
Most small business websites take 6–10 weeks from start to launch. This includes planning, design, development, content creation, and testing. More complex projects with custom features may take 12–16 weeks. We provide detailed timelines during our initial consultation and keep you updated throughout the process.
Absolutely! We provide a staging environment where you can view progress and provide feedback throughout development. You'll receive regular updates and demo links to review. Your input during development helps ensure the final result exceeds your expectations.
We include design revisions in our process. After presenting initial designs, we'll refine them based on your feedback. Most clients love the first design with minor tweaks, but we're committed to creating something you're truly excited about. Major design direction changes may require additional time and cost.

Content updates include changes to text, images, business information, hours, contact details, and similar modifications. Minor updates that take about 15 minutes or less are typically included in your monthly plan. Larger content additions, new pages, or design changes may require additional development time.
We implement multiple security layers: SSL certificates, regular software updates, security monitoring, firewalls, malware scanning, and automated backups. We also follow security best practices in development and hosting. Our hosting infrastructure includes industry-standard security measures.
We use monitoring and automated alerts to catch downtime quickly. Most issues are resolved promptly, often before you notice. High availability is a core goal, and backups are in place to restore service if needed. Emergency after-hours support is available as an upgrade for critical incidents.

You own all the content, and we provide you with all source code. While we host and maintain the technical infrastructure, the website design, content, and brand elements belong to you. You're never locked in and can take your website elsewhere if needed.
